About Daisy Cake Boutique

Growing up I always loved baking delicious cakes and cookies with my mother. It’s when I took my first cooking class during freshman year that I knew I wanted to study baking and pastry. After I graduated high school I went to study at Kendall College.  I then enrolled at The French Pastry School and studied with internationally acclaimed Pastry Chefs, Jacquy Pfeiffer and Sébastien Canonne, M.O.F. This unforgettable experience made me strive to work harder and believe in myself. I‘ve worked with Chef Laura Frankel Chicago’s most noted Kosher Chef at Wolfgang Puck Catering. While working with Chef Laura Frankel, I experienced creating a different side of delicious pastries in the Kosher aspect. I continued my career working at D’masti catering as their pastry chef, creating traditional French pastries and wedding cakes. On my own time I’m working on, Daisy Cake Boutique. I’m currently working towards my goal of opening a bakery one day. My dedication, hard work, and having you as a customer will get me there!!
